Online MLM Training – The Pros
Over the years I have been involved in a total of six different network marketing opportunities: Amway, NSA, Quixtar (Amway online), Global Domains, USANA and our present company.
The first two times, frankly, I didn’t even get started. I was just a “customer with a distributor kit” and when through the motions of attending meetings and making a LOT of excuses why I was struggling to build a business. The reality was, at the time, there was no internet and, consequently, no online mlm training available. And I was too uncomfortable in my own skin to meet, greet and invite people to home meetings, hotel meetings and step into the role of being a leader people were looking for.
When Quixtar came along I was already doing business on the internet so it seemed like match made in heaven. It wasn’t. The company simply would not let you promote your business ONLINE in any way, shape or form. So while we had some success (for the first time) – it wasn’t enough and I soon joined Global Domains. Within a month of going through their mlm training online – following the instructions and taking action – we had sponsored a few hundred people and were actually had a nice downline going. But the comp plan didn’t pay well (we learned the PRINCIPLE of having a good comp plan) and joined USANA which had a much better, higher paying, binary compensation plan… and if you jumped through enough hoops with their compliance department… you could actually marketing and promote your business online.
We worked the business hard for 2-3 years and started earning a nice income. Then we went into ONLINE MLM TRAINING mode. Thinking if we could teach our team the “how to’s” of marketing online – it would be enough to rocket us to the top of the leader board. It wasn’t enough. Because it’s one thing to LEARN something and quite another to actually sit down and DO SOMETHING.
Lesson Learned? You can benefit greatly by finding online mlm training systems, studying and learning the ropes. But it is not enough. You have to take action and apply what you are learning.
Because nothing happens until something happens.

The SECRET is to put the “work” back into the work from home equation! Seriously.
I mean I cannot even begin to tell you how much time I’ve wasted over the years using the excuse “I’m still learning” when the reality is you really don’t need to know everything (can we ever really know everything?), we simply need to know enough to GET STARTED. Take action. Learn whatever then ACT on what you have learned. That’s where you will find the magic. That’s the inside secret you have been looking for. That’s the ANSWER hidden in plain sight in all the online mlm training you’ll ever run across.

Thank, Jeffrey. I’ve heard it said for years that the key to success is to “work harder on yourself than you do on the business” but I’ve found we need to work hard on both. Work hard to expand our belief system and skills. Then put the “work” back into the “work from home” equation to produce results. Gotta love it.
