Kam,

You know, I only use the two mentioned right now and I've actually purchased additional downlines in both. The reason is THEY surf and YOU earn the site credits so you can display your sites more often and send emails to your entire downline. So I don't "manually" build or promote the exchanges anymore as I laid the foundation some time ago. Today, with a downline of over 6,000 in one of them - it's just another FREE promotional tool that adds a few hundred a month or so to the pile.

Pro = free traffic in exchange for time and/or off the results of others if you promote the TE and build a downline of referrals. Con = takes time. Best practice is to sign up for two or three, "surf" as you need to stay active and cross promote the TEs to the audience of each other full time until you have a few referrals earning traffic for you. Then split your promos 50/50 - 50% pf the promote the TE and 50% what you really want to promote.
