How to Increase Google Page Rank

Tim Godfrey and Steve Clayton of The Internet Marketing Blueprint recently released the results of a three year, 200+ domain study about what it really takes to increase the Google PR of your web sites. Here’s the teaser copy:

Everyone knows that page rank is driven by backlinks…but, are there other factors?  Many people have theorized that content matters.  The “freshness” of it, the “quality” of it etc.  Do they have any impact at all on page rank?

It’s well worth the read because the study blows many misconceptions out of the water and boils it all down to LINKS. The more incoming links to your web site the better. In addition to quantity, the quality of incoming links is also important. So a link pointing to your site from a PR 4 site is worth 500 links coming from PR 1 sites.

Quality and quantity.

Why is Google Page Rank Important?

Three primary reasons. First, it helps your site rank in the search engines. The higher the page rank, usually the higher you will rank on the search engines. Which, of course, means more targeted free traffic.

Second, if you do any pay-per-click advertising a higher page rank often results in a lower bid cost – meaning your ads rank higher in the results for less money per click.

And finally, what I’ve found is the higher your page rank the more often the search engine “spiders” return to your site to index and rank all of your new content. Meaning it becomes FAR EASIER to increase your internet marketing footprint (exposure). This chart indicates this as well.

Okay, with all that said – so what? How can best increase the link popularity and page rank to your sites as quickly and as efficiently as possible without breaking the bank or eating up all of YOUR time?

In my CashByChoice Coaching Club, I outline three specific tools I use everyday to increase the page rank to all of my affiliate marketing and network marketing sites. I’ve never hit a grand slam PR 5 or anything like that, but most of my sites float between a PR 2 and PR 3 which is often more than enough to get them ranked on the first page of Google, Yahoo and Bing.

Each article is “spun” as it is being delivered so you avoid duplicate content penalties. The MAGIC is each of these articles can have up to LINKS pointing back to your site. And my experience shows all of these sites range from PR 0 to a high PR 5. Bottom line – it’s my #1 tool of choice to get QUANTITY links.

3 Way Links is an inexpensive solution to get 250 incoming links to over 50 of your sites for less than $1 day – 100% on automatic pilot. Just set it and forget it. PR ranges from 0 to 4 and it is my #2 choice for gaining links in quantity.

Incoming links are the name of the game to increase your Google PR score.
