… which sounds really, really exciting but, seriously, can 3 days REALLY change everything?
Well, let me share with you that 3 days CAN change everything and by hook or crook, if you are serious about taking your business to the next level… if you are serious about creating a breakthrough to success in your ability to write your own 1st class ticket to success… board the plane… and arrive on time, every time… you really need to start attending events and doing whatever you can to stay plugged into the leaders and movers and shakers who are making incredible things happen.
Breakthrough to Success in Cancun
What you learn at events is incredible, but often the most valuable lessons come from hanging out and networking before, after and during breaks because that is where you can learn a person’s driving philosophy and that’s where you can come up with amazing business building insights and even some life-changing, business-building breakthroughs!
For example, over dinner I overheard a conversation:
To build a profitable business fast, stop trying to get your current people to do it and, instead, make it your quest to simply find others that will do it… now… because they want it as bad as you.
And while this wasn’t the first time I had heard this same message, it did become very clear to me that is much, much easier to FIND ANOTHER HORSE with a chance of running and winning the race… than it is to resurrect a dead one.
So stop trying to manage and convince your current team to take action and, instead, lead by example by STAYING IN PERSONAL PRODUCTION MODE. Find new leaders who will step up to make incredible things happen and you will have an amazing breakthrough to success.
Breakthrough to Success By Staying Focused
Having a particular ROUTINE or “standard operating procedure” for doing whatever it is you do is a great way to increase both productivity and results.
Start by focusing on simply doing one or two things well… then and only after you are producing amazing results should you change focus.
Think about it this way. Do you remember burning leaves as a child with a magnifying glass?
Now imagine taking the magnifying glass and running it quickly across many leaves and attempting to start a fire. It really cannot be done because there is no focus.
Now imagine that the leaves are your MARKETING PROCESSES and you are trying to get them to burn and produce a result. These leaves might consist of maintaining a blog, writing and distributing articles, twitter, facebook, video marketing, forum marketing, social media marketing, funded proposals – you’re doing a tiny bit of everything and nothing too much is happening.
But if you want your marketing to catch fire… it requires laser focus. Get focused on one part of the leaves and start a fire. The rest will catch on fire from the original fire! So focus on mastering just one or two LEAD GENERATION or TRAFFIC GENERATION systems and get them to a point where they are producing a substantial result.
Then find a way to automate the process as much as possible – perhaps by using software or by outsourcing – to get your time back… and move on to FOCUS once again in another technique, strategy or process.
Heartfelt Breakthrough to Success
Success is effortless. Can you believe that it’s possible to go from where you are to where you expect to be in a blink of an eye?
Attracting lots of people and creating a breakthrough to success is more about how you feel about what you are doing than the techniques that you use.
Get to your heart and out of your head. Questions come from the head. Inspiration comes from the heart. And when you get there… when you get to that place where are feeling an overwhelming sense of joy, high energy and fulfillment… which you will from attending events and staying plugged in to others who have already reached that spot… then and only then will you create a quantum leap in your business. Because it is not really a matter of what you do, it is a matter of what you do with who you are.
