Autoblogging With Autoblog Samurai?

by Rob Fore

You have to love a success story.

So today I let me introduce you to John Wells, a young guy who started “autoblogging” back in November of 2011 (are you using Auto Blog Samurai, John?) without any previous experience… without a list… and with less than $300 to his name.

And now listen…

John Wells

Autoblogging Jedi

As of May 6, 2012, John has raked in $25,725 and is now earning a very respectable MONTHLY INCOME in the $6,000 to $7,000 range and growing.

Of course, if you have been hanging out with me here any length of time, you know that one of the things we constantly talk about is the value of modeling success.

In other words, if YOU want to produce a result… all you have to do is find someone who is already producing that result and be willing to copy what they do and how they do it… exactly and specifically… without question – and you greatly put the odds of achieving the success you desire in your favor.

Make sense? Of course.

So, for example, let’s say you make the decision today that you would like to put an additional $25,000 in your bank account over the next six months and also build up a nice five-figure monthly income so you could quit your job, pay off your debts and start living the lifestyle you and your family deserve like John has done.

Once the decision is made, YOUR BEST BET would be to find out exactly what John did (and is doing) to produce that result (remember, he had no experience and no list) and simply be willing to leave your ego and what you think you know or don’t know a the door… and copy his autoblogging model.

I call this “Monkey See, Monkey Do” marketing and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to pull it off.

Just a willingness to invest in yourself and a willingness to “stop acting on what you know… and start doing what works”.

Autoblogging Success Model Revealed

Like many of us, John faced a few challenges growing up.

He lost his mom at the age of 14 and his dad was an alcoholic.

He started off in car sales at the ripe old age of 18 and made good money, but he wanted more. So he went “all out” and did well for awhile… then lost everything when the economy crashed.

Sound familiar?

But John didn’t give up on his dreams and he ran into a new program called Empower Network back in November 2011 and the rest is history!

John was recently interviewed about HOW he achieved his amazing success in such a short amount of time with ZERO online experience… with no list to speak of… and with less than $300 to his name to get started.

Now I’ll probably get in trouble for this but, alas, sometimes it is better to ask forgiveness than to ask for permission, so I’m making this PRIVATE INTERVIEW available for you right here, right here now.

600 Posts – Autoblogging – Pays Off Big Time!

Did you catch the fact John wanted success so badly for himself that he literally SOLD HIS TV to get the money to “go all in”?

Let me ask you,

Are you serious enough about achieving success for you and your family that you would sell your TV to make it happen? If not, why not?

Think about that.

Because if you are not willing to “pay the price for success” – chances are you will have very little success.

It is just the way our universe works.

Now after listening to John’s story, I have to admit I was pretty intrigued because I’ve had great success using a program called Article Builder to auto post on to my Empower Network Blog with pretty good success as well.

In fact, I haven’t even logged into the system since December because I use this automated program to do all the work and we are averaging one new sign up every 3-4 days… which means my bank account and monthly income keeps increasing month after month after month on complete autopilot (which is really cool)!

But I just had to find out how John was doing it because “Success Leaves Clues” and I’m always looking for ways to take thing up a notch.

Here is what I think John is doing… and it’s pretty smart, actually!

Autoblogging With Autoblog Samurai

Auto Blog Samurai has been on the market since the middle of 2010.

It consists of three different programs designed to help people create a nice affiliate income by automatically posting new blog posts that promote hot selling products and services from Clickbank, eBay and Amazon.

Autoblog Samurai

Out-of-the-box Autoblog Samurai is designed to create and autopost to free blogging systems system like those offered by Blogger and WordPress but the challenge with these sites is they tend to get banned or terminated almost as quickly as you set them – especially since the last Google Panda and Penguin updates.

However, the program is also designed to be able to tie into your own self-hosted WordPress blogs – which means it could very well be set up to autopost or at least semi-autopost to your Empower Network blog.

Which is EXACTLY what I think John is doing because his posts are all about “products” and if you follow the links, you are redirected to another site where that particular product is being promoted to earn a commission.

And, again, I’m just GUESSING here about this being the program John is using – but the model is brilliant.

By making short posts about various “best selling products” – he literally is competing in less competitive arena (versus the make money arena) – which means more traffic and he has literally DOUBLED the opportunity to make a nice commission because a visitor may or may not click through to buy the product being offered… but while they are on John’s EN blog… they may also click through, become a lead and join his EN team!

It’s brilliant, and it puts my autoblogging routine to shame by adding the potential for yet another stream of income.

Success Leaves Clues

Making money online does not have to be difficult or challenging in any way.

All you need to do is to find someone like John or myself who is actually doing it… and be willing to do the same thing.

Invest in yourself and your dreams. Make a decision. Get in and get busy.

It is as simple as that – ESPECIALLY if you set up an autoblogging system using something like Autoblog Samurai or Article Builder.

Bless and be blessed,

Rob Fore

Hi Rob, I have a question about auto blogging. I know you don’t like tech questions and I am not tech at all, but you had told me you are auto blogging your EN blog. I own article builder and can’t get it to auto blog to my personal or my EN blog. Support has told me it’s on my side of things (which means who knows). If you know or can point me in a direction cause the ability to auto blog would be perfect in my situation. Everytime I start a remodel construction job; it takes me away from my ability to write and thus no blog production.

Thanks,

Kurt Hanzal

Hi, Rob,

A very interestng idea indeed!

I will certainly explore into this innovative method!

I am very much focussed on building my own Network Marketing business. Do we have to be in the Empowered Network in order to take the benefit?

I appreciate your sharing, Rob :)

Viola – no, you don’t need to be in EN to take advantage. You simply need to have a blog to post to. But one of the biggest benefits to using an EN blog is they do have an affiliate program tied to it so you can “double dip” in the sense you can post about “whatever” to attract visitors and some of them will join as well. Now, personally, I would never autopost to any blog REAL blog – meaning my own personal blog – just in case the search engines catch on and decide to deindex the blog. By using a blog outside of your normal network, you don’t run the risk of “tainting” your own work. Make sense?

Rob – if you autoblog on your EN site, don’t you run into same risk of getting your EN blog deindexed as well?

Hi Rob. I have watched the first 3 bootcamp videos. I am listening to John about The Samurai as I type this. I am on a super shoe string budget. In your opinion what is the very FIRST product I should buy? After listening to John, I am going to watch part 4 of the bootcamp after that. I was thinking about getting a domain through a place like Go Daddy, what is your opinion on that?

Thank you for your time.

Reply

Rob Fore May 29, 2012 at 7:18 am

No, this is probably not the first product you should buy and I’m not 100% John uses this program to autoblog. He IS posting content about products and guiding them to other sales for sale. This could be done using this product. In the interview he said he is writing the posts himself but if you look at the post and where he is linking to – it is pretty easy to see the HOW he is getting content, etc., is from some type or program like this. If you are new to EN – I suggest learning how to write your own posts and promote them for organic SEO.

Great post Rob, I did hear the interview in the inner circl. I have it downloaded on my phone along with yours…lol…that isn’t creepy is it. Anyway, I like when you recommend products..like you said “monkey see…monkey do);)

Phil – once we have our basic marketing systems and funnels in place – then it is all about finding points of leverage. So, in this case, finding away to “double dip” for profits would be a way to leverage what we are already doing. It’s pretty fun once you embrace the concept.

Thanks, Rob. But what is the first product I should buy? Talking to a true newbie. Thank you.

Corey – If you are a complete 100% newbie without a web site or blog, I would recommend you start with Empower Network which gives you a blog. Then I would go pick up a copy of my product Posting On Purpose and once you’ve gone through that – give me a call and let’s map out a plan.

Hi Rob,
Just listened to the entire audio and learned a lot. My question is what is the difference between auto-blogging and just blogging? Is it the amount of times in a day you are blogging???

I am with MLSP, and I don’t know what the difference is with Empowerment Network. Isn’t it the same sort of thing?

It seems that these types of programs what you to have “their” autoresponder” and you have to pay extra each month for that. Is that the case with Empowerment Network?

Thank you,
Cathy

Cathy – thanks for stepping out with some great questions.

What is the difference between auto-blogging and just blogging? Is it the amount of times in a day you are blogging???

Autoblogging is when you use software to “automatically” post to your blog every day. Once set up it takes ZERO time and effort on your part because the software does all the work. I use Article Builder to autoblog to my EN blog daily. So each day there the SOFTWARE posts 2-3 nice articles to blog. Time invested? Zero.

Blogging is when YOU sit down and actually write your own content and manually publish it to your blog. I think the best approach is to do both. Set up an autoblogging system to post daily and, over time, you will get traffic from various long tail keywords. This is building your business passively. You should also focus on doing keyword research, writing your own killer content and promoting that content to rank well on the SERPS. This is actively building and will produce better results faster.

I am with MLSP, and I don’t know what the difference is with Empowerment Network. Isn’t it the same sort of thing?

No. The best target market for MLSP is the frustrated network marketer who has run out of warm market and are looking for ways to start generating leads online and learn the skills needed to take their network marketing businesses to the next level. The best target market for EN is anyone looking to get started making money online via affiliate marketing, internet marketing or blogging. So two distinctly different markets. Plus, I think the “killer combo” is to promote MLSP products and services from your EN blog because your EN blog tends to rank very high, very fast on the search engines.

It seems that these types of programs what you to have “their” autoresponder” and you have to pay extra each month for that. Is that the case with Empowerment Network?

The #1 one most important thing you should be doing if you are serious about building any business online is to start BULDING A LIST. Plain and simple. That is what ALL the big money comes from – your list of contacts. That said, the very FIRST THING anyone should invest in online is an autoresponder so you can start building a list. This costs about $20 per month and it would be INSANE to even contemplate making money online without the #1 goal being to build a list.

Blessings – Rob

You said you are getting 1 sign up from using Article Builder every 3-4 days. Are you doing any back linking to the AUTO post to rank them on the front page of Google? Thanks!

Reply

Rob Fore July 25, 2012 at 9:49 am

No, Amy – we are not doing any backlinking from the autopost. We do run the EN blog RSS feed through onlywire.com

Reply

amy July 26, 2012 at 2:51 am

1. Are they ranking after onlywire syndication?
2. How long does it take to get them ranked using this method?
3. How would you use SEO fight back for each post?

Thanks!

Latanya Jones September 26, 2012 at 3:20 pm

Great presentation you had at the Empower Network event, fight the forces of evil in San Diego. So basically, the blog that I right, those are the ones I need to focus on keywords so they could rank on Google? I also use article builder and I wouldn’t do any keyword research on my auto blog because, they would eventually rank and get traffic? How long does the passive process typically take to start generating traffic?

Reply

Rob Fore September 26, 2012 at 6:46 pm

If you are passively autoposting – it is all about the sheer volume of content. It will not light the world on fire but, over time, you’ll see the traffic slowly increase. If you are serious about making money – autoblogging is a very simple, first step. Not very powerful, however.

Rob, I was going thru your blogposts and this forum. I am in EN for last couple of months and trying to figure out the blogging strategies. I used to blog but unfortunately none of the blogs are in page 1 in google for last couple of months. I need to know :
1. Does the in-built SEO % in EN blog facilitaes anything? I am posting the blog after 90% + SEO
2. I am not using long tail key-words, how does it matter? I know it is advantegeous but couldn’t figure out the reasons
3. I do agree using both autoblogging and blogging. DO you recommend autoblogging samurai or article writer?
4. How can I syndicate my blog fast? i am sharing in twitter, linked-in but really don’t know how to increase the likes and traffic. Shall I go for fiverr or something like that?

Appreciate your response.

Sandip – thank you for reaching out. Let’s chat…

1. The built-in SEO %ile you see on you blog posts is an indication as to how well optimized your POST is for SEO. This is called on-page optimization and it is important to help tell the search engines what your content is about. But on-page optimization is only the first step in the marketing process. Step two is getting your content to rank which requires promotion – using tools and software programs to get other sites to link to your blog post. BACK LINKS are what cause a page to rank on the search engines. See http://members.empowernetworkuniversity.com/members-home/start-here/current-tool-set/ for a list of the tools we use.

2. It is easier to rank for long-tail keywords because there tend to be less people “promoting” those keywords to rank.

3. For autoblogging we use Article Builder

4. Check the tool set. For syndication we use Tribepro and SocialAdr

Hi Rob,

This is a great post, actually needed to clear a few doubts about blogging.
I have couple of website that I am using to promote clickbank products. I was able to rank them on google’s page 1 pre penguin but post penguin I am not able to do it. Even the new sites that i have created I am not able to rank them by link building.
So I have been looking at other ways and means for getting traffic.
So basically when you are getting traffic with blogging, you mean that you have links of your main site on your blog articles that you publish which over a period of time drive traffic to your main site, right?

Reply

Rob Fore December 9, 2012 at 9:19 am

Right, we link back to the post we want to rank and simply syndicate our content everywhere. Post panda/penguin we still rank getting back links it just takes longer.

Hello Rob,

You said that the Article Builder software is posting 3 posts on your EN blog daily, and that’s bringing you, not only steady leads, but  1 signup every 3-4 days?

Question:   About how long did it take for you to start getting consistent traffic to your EN blog (just by autoblogging with Article Builder) to get these results?  Have your results, following this plan, been pretty consistent?

I just recently signed up for a free trial membership for, I believe it’s called Article Rewriter, but was not at all satisfied with the articles that it put together.  They weren’t unique at all.  None of them passed Copyscape, therefore, I didn’t continue with paid membership.  I believe this software only rewrites articles.

Question:  Does Article Builder do the same?  Do you find yourself rewriting the rewrittten articles or does it actually create unique articles?

Question:  If I were to use Article Builder to post a 2-3 articles to my blog ever day, then also write 1 unique article every day of my own and post it myself, would this help get me going faster (seeing results sooner) than if I were to just use Article Builder to create 2-3 articles and post daily and not write any posts myself?

Last Question:   You say you’re not building any backlinks to your Article Builder posts on your EN blog?  Are you linking from your EN blog to another blog you own?  Meaning, is your EN blog driving traffic to your other blog, which is how you’re getting the signups every few days, or are you actually getting traffic to your EN blog to get those signups?

I hope this question doesn’t sound confusing, but I’m pretty new here and trying to learn how this whole blogging/internet marketing/lead generation thing works.

Thanks

Hey Rob,

Any idea if Autoblog Samauri still works? Been looking around for recent updates on whether or not it works but have been unsuccessful thus far… Hoping you can help.

Thanks

Reply

Rob Fore May 8, 2013 at 11:41 am

I’m sure it does. It is a desktop program that you can use to import articles, etc., on your local machine than use the program to schedule things. Better is Article Builder though.

Ren May 30, 2013 at 9:36 am

Hey Rob,
I’m a BIG fan and am using 90%+ of the software u suggest. My article builder account has stopped working with my Empower Network account since May 10th. I noticed that it’s the last day you posted to empower as well. I’ve talked to EN technical support and their telling me that EN is no longer allowing this which doesnt make sense. I just simple need my EN blog to be able to communicate with AB which is not happening. Have you found a solution? Ren

Reply

Rob Fore May 30, 2013 at 10:05 am

Yes, they apparently disabled this on May 10th. In July they plan to announce a NEW blogging platfrom (not WordPress) and they may turn it back on then. Well see. I use AB for a lot more than just autoposting to the EN site so I’m not too concerned about it.

Reply

Rob Fore July 26, 2012 at 7:40 am

I don’t care about ranking for these autoposts. The idea behind autoposting is you will, eventually, get traffic from a variety of long tail searches. It is a 100% passive way to build. I would not spend ANY time promoting these articles or getting them to rank because they are generic and they are not targetting any keywords. That is what I call posting on purpose – and that is an entirely ACTIVE process.

Reply

amy July 26, 2012 at 9:22 am

“eventually, get traffic from a variety of long tail searches.” <—- why and how would this happen?
so can i just blog about anything and everything in large quantity and eventually it will somehow rank without focusing on keywords?

Reply

brian September 13, 2012 at 2:04 pm

Yes, but that is not a 100% passive addition to your strategy. Your active posting could be targeting something that you know is searched for and you can rank for.

Reply

Rob Fore September 13, 2012 at 3:25 pm

Don’t quite understand what you are saying here, Brian. If you use autoposting software you will be telling the software to post whatever – so you do need to instruction the program. Some has to do the thinking part. LOL

Reply

Rob Fore January 10, 2013 at 3:41 pm

We use http://listechinc.com/articlebuilder for autoposting which posts unique content – readable, useable content. No risk of getting deindexed and I do autoblog on my EN blog at the rate of one article per day. This is to generate long-tail traffic in the long run. Very passive way of promoting a business. I actively promote on THIS blog and would never autopost to my main blog.
